This report evaluates the effectiveness of the Netherlands’ implementation of the FCTC. Between 2008 and 2014, 7 survey waves of the full cohort (approximately 2,000 youth and adult smokers above the age of 15 years at Wave 1) were conducted in the Netherlands.
